The rotavator arrives with a starter tank of petrol, enough to get going. For longer hires or larger plots, you’ll need to top up with regular unleaded from your local petrol station. The BCS710 holds around 5.3 litres. Confirm fuel arrangements when you book; policy varies slightly between depots.

No formal qualification is required. The BCS710 has a single lever throttle and simple gear controls, and most people are working confidently within ten minutes. Keep a firm grip on both handlebars (the blades pull the machine forward when they bite), watch for buried stones and roots, and don’t let anyone stand behind you while the blades are turning.
